I Almost Spent $600 on New Gear… Then I Did This
Why spend $600 replacing gear when you can modify what you already have?
I’m getting my winter kit ready and fixing a few things that have always bugged me about my Hill People Gear Aston V.2—breaking up the black, improving access to my Grayl GeoPress, and finding a better way to carry my NEMO Switchback.
A few simple modifications, a fraction of the cost, and I’m pretty damn happy with the result.
Sometimes you can buy something new. Sometimes you gotta make it yourself. And sometimes ya just gotta make do with what you have.
If you’re honey-smack digging the video, leave me a snide remark, like, share, subscribe, and keep fueling those fires.
