I don’t usually weigh in on internet controversies, but this one hit close to home. Like many of you, I’ve followed Lucas Botkin and T-Rex Arms for years. The recent news about Lucas stepping away from the company he built was shocking, and deeply relatable for me.
T-Rex Arms has always been a pillar in the firearms and preparedness community, and Lucas Botkin’s impact can’t be overstated. But behind the headlines are real people, real families, and hard decisions.
In this video, I share my personal thoughts on the controversy, the response from both sides, and why I chose to speak up this time.
As a Christian and someone who’s had to walk away from something I built, I felt called to respond in a way that reflects truth, grace, and accountability. I stand with Lucas. And I hope this video encourages respectful dialogue, not division.
