In contrast, America’s $31 trillion GDP towers over China’s, a gap of 16 trillion dollars, or roughly 507,000 years when converted to seconds (16 × 31,667 years per trillion).

China’s Desperate Posturing

Feeling the strain, Beijing is resorting to threats. As Christians, we see through this bluster, trusting in God’s justice to prevail over empty threats (Psalm 20:7).

President Donald Trump is leading America with resolve, balancing strength with fairness. On April 17, 2025, Breitbart reported Trump’s “productive” trade talks with Japan and Mexico, promising “fair deals for everybody” while prioritizing American workers. Trump has called out China and Vietnam for scheming to undermine the U.S., as noted in a Breitbart article from April 15, 2025. He’s also tackled critics of tariffs, detailing China’s “non-tariff cheating” in a trending X post, and condemned China’s Pacific pollution, showing his commitment to accountability.

On April 21, 2025, Breitbart reported that Trump will meet with major retailers after the National Retail Federation opposed his reciprocal tariff policies. Despite pushback, Trump’s focus on American jobs remains steadfast. Meanwhile, Chinese apps like Temu, linked to unethical practices, are hiking prices due to tariffs, with Breitbart noting on April 18, 2025, that Temu will raise costs by week’s end. For now, these apps are offloading inventory cheaply, offering Americans a brief chance to stock up.

How Americans Can Stand Strong
