The notifcations go to your email that you joined Substack with, our private SDENS Element server group, the POCLink radio group, the POCLink smart phone app and here on Substack. After you signup for a GUARDIANS subscription our onboarding team will assist getting you connected to our community.
At some point we will launch a Shortwave HF NET that will be a regularly scheduled OTA method of communications for Guardians. We will be sending SDENS SHTF alerts there as well.
