BLUF MAIN TOPIC: Under Nicolás Maduro’s 2013–2026 regime, Venezuela served as a Western Hemisphere forward operating base for U.S. adversaries like Iran, China, Russia, and others, while flooding America with deadly drugs, rigging elections (including the 2020 U.S. vote via Smartmatic on Dominion machines), and bribing politicians to push anti-American policies.
