The war with Iran is no longer a distant threat being debated in Washington. It is live, kinetic, and expanding by the hour. As U.S. and Israeli forces continue striking Iranian targets and Iran fires ballistic missiles at American military bases across the Gulf, every patriotic American family needs to be thinking through what comes next on the homefront right now.
First, understand the threat matrix. FBI Director Kash Patel has already authorized increased surveillance of suspected Hezbollah sleeper cells inside the United States. Prior to today’s strikes, Iran had explicitly threatened to “activate sleeper-cell terror inside the United States” if attacked. Court records document that Hezbollah’s Islamic Jihad Organization - Unit 910 - has maintained operatives on American soil since at least 1987, with documented surveillance of targets including the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, the Empire State Building, and major transportation infrastructure. Convicted operative Ali Kourani confirmed to the FBI that his cell would be activated “in the event that the United States and Iran went to war.” We are now in that scenario.
