Second, your 72-hour kit is not enough. The 25-city scenario - by design - is intended to stretch federal emergency response to the breaking point. FEMA surge capacity cannot cover simultaneous catastrophic events across multiple major metro areas. You need 30 days of food, water filtration, and medical supplies at minimum. If you are currently sitting at 3 days, you are unprepared for the scenario being discussed in the intelligence community right now.
