STAY AHEAD OF WHAT’S COMING
BLUF
At 5:30 AM on September 15, Dutch inspectors found steel pipes across both rails at about 30 places. Each pipe shorted a track circuit, the signals went red, and a country’s trains stopped before rush hour. Nobody has been named.
The read here is that this is what war looks like now. Nobody declares it. Pipes, anchors and jammers hit what a country runs on, and the fingerprints stay off. On September 23 Poland’s foreign minister told Reuters these are not threats, they are attacks.
Do nothing and the morning it reaches your county you find out the way the Dutch did, on a platform with a dead app and no bus.
INSIDE TONIGHT’S FULL SITREP
Tonight Guardians get the three moves that keep a household running the week a cheap piece of steel stops the county.
Map the four things your county cannot replace in a week.
Store a week of whatever the pipe stops.
Put a radio in the house that needs no tower.
A family with the map and the week is inconvenienced. A family without them is standing where the Dutch stood, with nothing coming.
The three moves are below the paywall for Guardians.
WHAT YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND
The Dutch pipes were two meters of steel, a few hundred dollars for the lot. A signal reads a short across the rails as a train, so a pipe is a train that never leaves, and every crossing barrier behind it stays down. No blast, no arrest, one morning gone. Who laid them is not confirmed.
Same week, a KLM crew over southern Sweden lost GPS and asked for a full avionics reset, one of 142 Swedish jamming reports by May 28. On New Year’s Eve the freighter Fitburg dragged its anchor across the Finland to Estonia cable and was boarded with the chain still wet. One rule runs all of it: hit what civilians use, stay deniable, spend hundreds to cost millions.
The X is the county whose water, rail, fuel and cell service stop when one cheap object is placed on them, and nobody is ever charged.
EARLY WARNING INDICATORS
A stoppage with no cause in the first report. A rail, water or power outage where the utility says deliberate and nothing else. One is a mechanical day. A second that month, deliberate and no suspect, means it reached your region, and you fill the cans that week.
GPS wanders in your own truck. Your phone or truck puts you a mile off in the open, near a port, base or pipeline. One glitch is a satellite. A week of it in the same spot is a jammer, and it blinds the ambulance and the combine too.
The federal word changes from alert to isolate. CISA’s July 28 CI Fortify paper told utilities to build tested plans to cut themselves off the internet mid-attack. When your water district announces a disconnect drill, it was told someone is inside, and you store water for the drill and the real one.
Tonight’s three moves put a map, a week of supply and a working radio in your house before the morning the trains stop and nobody is charged.
Through Friday midnight a Guardian year is $63.96 instead of $79.95, with this SITREP every weeknight.

PRACTICAL TIPS | MAIN TOPIC…
The attacker picks the thing you never thought to store, so the moves are about your county, not the country.
Map the four things your county cannot replace in a week. Drive to the one substation, water plant, rail crossing and cell tower everything near you routes through. Write the four on paper with what each feeds. When one goes dark you know what fails next, and you move before the line forms.
Store a week of whatever the pipe stops. Fourteen gallons of water a person, a full tank plus ten gallons, seven days of cash, a printed county map. The Dutch got no replacement buses because everything failed at once. Your week is the buffer the county lacks.
Put a radio in the house that needs no tower. A GMRS handheld for the family and a scanner set to your county’s sheriff, fire and rail frequencies, about $120 together. Jammers hit GPS and cell. A VHF call from the sheriff still reaches the kitchen.
Nesa’s Hemp is a raw, plant-derived CBDa extract - not a synthetic cannabinoid product. The November 12, 2026 federal change does not prohibit this product.
WHAT’S COMING
A pipe on a rail, an anchor on a cable and a jammer near a port ride the same dependency: civilian systems built to trust that nobody hostile stands beside them. The vulnerability is the trust, the same on a Dutch main line and a county water plant. [NEXT EPISODE BRIDGE: CHRIS FILLS] The watchman’s job is to see the man at the fence before the gate opens. Watch your local news this week for the word deliberate beside an outage: that is your county’s first pipe.
See it before you live it.
