Material Support, Radical Mosques & the Deportation Question Washington Won't Answer
Three WOKE AI systems confirmed what we've said but politicians won't.

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front)
This article is a followup to my original article “America Can Deport Terror Networks Right Now” HERE.
In the most simple terms I asked three notoriously WOKE AIs (and one UNWOKE AI) the following generic question:
If an organization promotes violence and violent acts against societies and someone gives them money specifically to do said violence is that material support?
I knew if I specifcally called out radical Imams and mosques that they would produce woke, politically correct answers.
The appendix at the very end of this article includes screenshots of the output from Grok, ChatGPT, Claude AI and Venice AI.

I Already Asked the Question
It started as a straightforward legal question, one that any honest person already knows the answer to but that somehow never gets asked plainly in the halls of Congress or on the floor of the Senate.
If an organization promotes violence and violent acts against societies, and someone gives them money specifically to fund said violence, is that material support?
I put that question to four AI systems. All four came back with the same answer. No hedging. No political gymnastics. No “well, it depends on your perspective.” The law is clear, the precedent is settled, and the answer is yes.
But we’ll get to that. First, let’s talk about what’s sitting in plain sight right here in America.

Radical Imams on American Soil - Calling for Your Death
There are radical imams operating inside the United States right now. Not allegedly. Not theoretically. Confirmed. Documented. On video, on record, in transcripts, calling for violence against America and Americans.
And they’re still here.
Some are operating out of mosques that function less like houses of worship and more like ideological incubators for violence. They preach it. They teach it. They fundraise around it. And the American government - for decades - has largely looked the other way.
So I asked the AIs a second question: Can we deport them?
Four AI Systems. One Answer.
I put the material support question to Claude, Grok, and ChatGPT. Here’s what every single one of them confirmed, in plain English:
Under 18 U.S.C. § 2339A and § 2339B, material support includes money, financial services, property, personnel, training, expert advice — and courts have consistently held that cash donations to a violent organization constitute material support even when the donor claims the money was intended for peaceful purposes.
The Supreme Court settled this in Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project (2010). Even coordination with a terrorist group on ostensibly peaceful activities can constitute material support because it frees up other resources for violence. The ruling was unambiguous: knowingly providing support is enough. The government doesn’t have to prove you personally wanted blood on the floor.
All four systems confirmed the same legal architecture:
Money is explicitly covered and one of the most prosecuted forms of material support
§ 2339A covers organizations not formally designated as FTOs when there is documented violent intent
Penalties run up to 15-20 years, life imprisonment if death results
Defenses are narrow and courts have upheld the statutes broadly
This isn’t fringe legal theory. This is settled federal law.
Can We Deport Radical Imams? Yes. Full Stop.
Here’s where the political class loses its spine, but the law doesn’t.
Foreign nationals, including religious leaders operating on visas, are deportable under the Immigration and Nationality Act for:
Inciting violence
Providing material support to terrorism
Membership in or affiliation with designated terrorist organizations
Advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government
The First Amendment does not protect non-citizens from deportation. Let me say that again because the media has spent thirty years pretending otherwise.
The First Amendment protects speech from criminal prosecution. It does not guarantee a foreign national the right to remain on American soil while calling for the murder of Americans.
Any imam who is not a U.S. citizen and is standing at a pulpit inciting violence against this country is deportable right now under laws that already exist. No new legislation required. No constitutional amendment needed. The tools are there. The legal framework is there.
What has been missing is the political will to pick them up and use them.
Can We Deport Their Donors? Also Yes.
If you’re a foreign national knowingly funneling money to a radical mosque whose imam is on record calling for violence against Americans, you are not just deportable. You are potentially criminally chargeable simultaneously.
§ 2339A doesn’t require a formal Foreign Terrorist Organization designation. When you have documented evidence of stated violent intent, that gap is already covered. Knowingly and materially supporting an individual or organization that has made their violent intentions explicit against Americans satisfies the material support standard that all four AI systems confirmed.
The donor doesn’t get a pass because the check said “community outreach” in the memo line.
The Uncomfortable Truth
The legal architecture to remove these people has existed for decades.
Every tool needed - the statutes, the precedent, the case law - has been on the books. The failure to act is not a legal impossibility. It is a policy choice. A political choice. A willful choice made by administrations and Congresses that were either too cowardly, too compromised, or too ideologically captured to enforce the laws they swore an oath to uphold.
Americans who’ve been paying attention know exactly why that choice kept getting made. And they’re done pretending otherwise.

A Challenge to Every Elected Official Still Drawing a Paycheck
Here it is, plain and simple.
The law is written. The precedent is set. Four separate AI systems - with no political stake in the outcome - confirmed what any honest attorney already knows. The legal framework to deport violent-inciting foreign nationals and prosecute those who fund them is sitting right there, waiting to be used.
So here’s the challenge to every senator, every congressman, every governor, every state AG, and every federal prosecutor who still believes they were elected to protect this country:
Pick up the baton and run.
Not next session. Not after the next election cycle. Not after another American gets killed by someone who was radicalized in a mosque that should have been shuttered five years ago. Now.
Demand enforcement of existing material support statutes. Demand the State Department and DOJ move on documented cases. Demand that DHS use the deportation authority it already has. Demand that foreign nationals inciting violence on American soil be removed - not monitored, not flagged in a database, not the subject of a 200-page report that gets buried - removed.
We are not asking for new powers. We are asking elected officials to use the ones the American people already gave them.
The law already has the answer. The only question left is whether the people holding office have the spine to act on it before there’s nothing left worth saving.
