JJ, thanks for your sharing, as difficult as it was. May God continue to richly bless you and your family as you walk through this. I have been walking with my wife through a cancer journey for the last 1 1/2 yrs and I can say, that God’s grace and mercy has kept us. We are in SC and having gone through both traditional and alternative treatments, near Emory, we have been able to see God’s hand in our lives and countless others. I pray for strength for you, that you be encouraged in Christ. Blessing to you.
JJ, Thank you for sharing. You will be in our thoughts and certainly in our prayers for peace and healing, and for your providers for rest to be on their best game. Be sure to do your speech therapy, even if it doesn't seem like you need it at the time, there are long term benefits and issues that can come along later if you don't do it at the time. Oncology Research Nurse here, please reach out if I can help with anything!
Hey I feel what your going through, I'm actually at Mayo clinic now getting line up hopefully fit a second kidney transplant after 28 years with this one. The first one I was 12 so what you said about keeping a supply of meds is something I've always had to think about. Hang tough, don't let it beat you down. My wife has been praying for you and so have I.
